You agree NOT to use the service to generate:

  • Harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
  • Content that violates copyright laws.
  • Images not suitable for children.

We have strict safety filters in place. Attempts to bypass these filters may result in account suspension.

3. Credits & Refunds

"Magic Credits" are virtual currency used to generate images. They have no monetary value outside of this platform. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if the AI fails to generate usable content due to technical errors.
